Wait until you read this! Can you imagine telling one of your clients, "Because I can!" or "Because it's my road!" Can you
imagine telling a client that they are ignorant? Evidentially, this is acceptable behavior here in Portland, CT. Any email

EVERYTHING!!!! To give you an idea of the attitude that we've received, upon our first visit to Portland Town Hall, Linda
Manchester introduced herself as, "I'm the one you didn't like on the phone." Wow, I don't remember telling her I didn't like
her. I remember calling in at around 11:30 on a Friday and being told, by Ms. Manchester, that Portland Town Hall closed
at noon. When I commented that it wasn't noon, she became, in my opinion, a little huffy. MEOW!!
infront of the ENTIRE BOS, the Town's Attorney, and the Town's Labor Attorney. The good news? It's video taped. The astounding news? After
making what sounds like a threat, Selectwoman Bransfield commends Richard Kelsy on his fine work. Way to go, Rick! Selectwoman Bransfield has
been notified in writing, as well as verbally, that I believe that Mr. Kelsey acts in an aggressive manner and I do not take his, "Be Careful" comment
lightly. What I feel are acts of attempted intimidation should be addressed by the people he works for - the Portland Taxpayers.
