	April 1, 2005 Letter sent to Portland Building Official, Stephen Giarratana.  This letter documents Mr. Laux's findings of approximately 26 Connecticut Building Code Violations.     Original Complaint against Portland Building Official, Stephen Giarratana, filed with the Connecticut Department of Safety
